One of thirteen such facilities worldwide, the Singapore Service Centre&rsquo;s strategic location accords it with a prime gateway status, particularly within Southeast Asia. The renewed Service Centre, occupying 828 sqm, boasts enhanced facilities designed to enrich both the service experience and the working environment of its artisans, replete with a technical workshop; dedicated client spaces, including two elegant lounges for timepiece viewings, presentations and interactive demonstrations by Patek Philippe watchmakers; and a new boardroom for private consultations.

The workshop&rsquo;s new layout maintains its four core stations:&nbsp;Essential Maintenance, Movement Intervention, Case&nbsp;Intervention and Final Control, optimised for the function&nbsp;of each stage of servicing, as well as the integration of&nbsp;new equipment, ergonomics and workf low efficiency.&nbsp;With a 33-member Customer Service team, comprising&nbsp;16 watchmakers, the Service Centre&rsquo;s staff force ensures&nbsp;the seamless care of each timepiece that passes through&nbsp;their hands.
