Last August, Burberry's chief creative officer Riccardo Tisci introduced the reimagined Thomas Burberry Monogram, followed by a capsule collection debuted on the Spring Summer 2019 runway.
As part of the celebration of the house's renaissance collection and the #BurberryMonogram, Burberry unveils an exclusive pop-up store at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, which is opened now until 31st December 2019.
The installation sees a cubical design dreamed up with cardboard blocks and metallic structures, mirroring the architecture of historic British royal buildings. Inside the space, you can find the Thomas Burberry Monogram capsule collection ranging from ready-to-wear, accessories and bags.
Featuring the distinct stripe in red, white and black, adorning the TB initials, the new Thomas Burberry Monogram was designed by Riccardo Tisci, in collaboration with British art director and graphic designer Peter Saville, and is actually inspired by archived 20th-century Burberry motifs.
