Wouldn’t it be wonderful to have clothes made for you to actually move and enjoy yourself in? That’s what Louis Vuitton’s Resort 2026 collection is all about. The ready-to-wear, leather goods, shoes, and accessories swing between playfulness and sophistication without losing that thing the Maison does with sacrosanct craft.
 It starts with the sea. Sporty-chic pieces borrow from surf culture but are filtered through the Maison’s lens. Bright and perhaps a bit cheeky, terry-knit apparel, Bermuda shorts, tie-dye polos, and Monogram swimsuits set the tone. There’s an oversized jersey tee with a half-eaten ice lolly on it, thrown over a neo-sixties floral swimsuit, and a denim playsuit that takes the Monogram somewhere sunnier. Moreover, backless loafers, LV Mare thong sandals, terry bucket hats, rose-tinted sunglasses, and the sand-coloured Antigua tote round it off.

The whimsical wit stands out in the collectible items. The Ace Ball is a reinterpretation of the volleyball in leather and Monogram canvas panels. And then there’s the Bag-Alow, inspired by California beach bungalows.&nbsp;

After which, the range makes its way inland. Denim becomes the anchor (think: jeans, peplum tops, and baggy shorts) worn with cropped polos and the fashion-forward LV Sneakerina. The Alma BB shows up in vivid Epi leather with braided cords and enameled charms. Softer offerings come through lace-trimmed dresses that feel like vintage linens, and the Capucines in handwoven rattan discreetly nod to the 1982 Picnic Trunk.
 Then comes the cocktail hour. Silk prints are blooming across shirt-and-shorts ensembles, shirtdresses, asymmetrical minis, and scarves tied in hair. The Minigram bag – in light pink, banana yellow, and hazelnut – adds a fresh punch. For the evening, there’s a black lingerie-inspired dress, gold-tone jewellery, LV Treasure sandals, and the beaded Capucines Sunbeam for that unmissable shimmer.&nbsp;
