Stella McCartney and H&amp;M reunite to deliver signature silhouettes and sustainable craftsmanship for a new generation.

After their first groundbreaking collaboration 20 years ago, H&amp;M reunites with Stella McCartney for a new collection that revisits the defining moments of the renowned designer&rsquo;s 25-year career. Launching this May 7th, the Stella McCartney H&amp;M collection captures her signature blend of sharp tailoring, modern femininity and conscious design in a wardrobe that feels both nostalgic and entirely current.<o:p></o:p>
As H&amp;M&rsquo;s second-ever designer partnership back in 2005, their collaboration shone a new light on luxury for the high street. This latest range builds on that legacy by merging McCartney&rsquo;s enduring signatures, like oversized shirting, sweeping trenches and precise suiting, with playful references from her archives, including slogans and bejewelled prints.<o:p></o:p>

Grey melange double-breasted jackets, oversized pleated trousers, classic black blazers, and cropped waistcoats highlights the tailoring prowess. With strong feminine cues seen in a striking white gown with a cape-like sleeve that loops into the hem, ruched mini dresses, and delicate chain-linked halter styles. Meanwhile, sparkling details run throughout, from crystal-embellished lace dresses and beaded separates, to low-slung denim with star-shaped cut-outs, as well as mesh dresses in archival cherry prints and the studded &ldquo;Rock Royalty&rdquo; tee adds a nostalgic edge.<o:p></o:p>
Accessories complement the range. Six handbags from structured logo totes, to compact shoulder bags, and a timeless chocolate-toned design trimmed with McCartney&rsquo;s signature Falabella chain &ndash; &nbsp;that also appears on jewellery and loafers in recycled mixed metals. Plus a white patent slingback with a sculptural heel completes the footwear offering.<o:p></o:p>

&ldquo;I see this collection as a journey through my fashion history,&rdquo; says McCartney. &ldquo;It is a true mix of current classics and some of my old favourites that showcase my first forays into fashion and the development of my signatures.&rdquo;<o:p></o:p>
&ldquo;Stella has always had a bold vision for fashion, and this collection tracks her journey from a young, rule-breaking voice to a master of timeless design,&rdquo; adds Ann-Sofie Johansson, the creative advisor for H&amp;M.<o:p></o:p>
On top of it all, sustainability remains central to the collection &ndash; with recycled fibres, organic and regenerative cotton, Responsible Wool Standard-certified wool and innovative coated materials partly derived from industrial corn and recycled vegetable oils; a reflection of McCartney&rsquo;s longstanding commitment to responsible fashion.<o:p></o:p>

The collaboration&rsquo;s campaign, photographed in London by Sam Rock, stars Rene&eacute; Rapp, Angelina Kendall and Adwoa Aboah, capturing the collection&rsquo;s playful yet polished mood. Centred around the tagline &amp;Stella, the imagery explores connection through phrases such as &amp;Here, &amp;Now, &amp;Me and &amp;You.<o:p></o:p>
Balancing past and present, the Stella McCartney H&amp;M collection is a refined celebration of the designer&rsquo;s unmistakable vision, and reimagined for a new generation.

The Stella McCartney H&amp;M collection will be available at the H&amp;M Lot 10 flagship store and on <a href="https://www2.hm.com/en_my/ladies/shop-by-feature/2023-stella-mccartney-hm.html">hm.com</a> on 7 May.
