We had a special preview ahead of the one-day-only public event.

It&rsquo;s January, and Lululemon is giving fitness resolutions a timely nudge with the introduction of Lululemon Training Ground &mdash; an exclusive one-day training experience designed to help everyone tap into their fullest potential. As the brand&rsquo;s latest campaign reminds us, &ldquo;Not every workout is fun&mdash;yet.&rdquo;
Held on January 24, the public event brought together a thoughtfully curated line-up of classes from partner studios. From an &ldquo;Ignite and Unite&rdquo; session led by Lululemon ambassador Gino Morales to &ldquo;Strength and Stride&rdquo; classes by Samuel Lim of Fire City and Jess Arrowsmith from Double Knots, a &ldquo;Team Sweat&rdquo; workout by Syam from REVL, and a &ldquo;Breakthrough&rdquo; session by WYL from MVRCK, the day was built around one clear goal: community through movement.

Fresh off a buzzing appearance at a the HYROX competition in December, South Korean fitness athlete and Lululemon ambassador Amotti returned to Singapore to front the event, and L&rsquo;Officiel Malaysia was flown in for an exclusive preview.

Stepping into the Training Ground pop-up felt less like entering a studio and more like arriving at an arena. Our session with Amotti &mdash; revealed only upon arrival &mdash; took the form of a HYROX-inspired workout. After a thorough warm-up, we split into teams of two and moved through a systematic circuit, spending six minutes at each station before transitioning. The sets incorporated ski and rowing machines as well as exercise bikes, complemented by box step-ups, plate burpees, and walking lunges.

Designed to encourage participants to embrace the &ldquo;Yet&rdquo; mindset, the workout was challenging yet energising, with Amotti bringing energy and motivation to every rep. The atmosphere remained electric throughout, as he moved around the room, pushing us to dig deeper and keep going.

Beyond the workout, the experience included a fuel bar to refuel and reset, while a dedicated shopping corner offered a closer look at the brand&rsquo;s latest training essentials, complete with exclusive on-site customisation.
