<p dir="ltr"><span>Here, fashion and art merge to become one through the annual celebration of the top design mind&rsquo;s latest innovations. Held annually in Milan, Italy, international designers celebrate their latest creations with visitors and exhibitors worldwide with over nearly half a million </span><a href="https://www.lofficielph.com/culture/everything-you-need-to-know-about-milano-design-week-2026" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><span>attendees</span></a><span> gathered each year, including consumers&rsquo; favorite </span><a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/art/salone-del-mobile-fashion-collections-exhibits-collaborations-to-know-2025" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><span>luxury</span></a><span> brands such as Miu Miu, Balenciaga, and more. This year, expect a boom in energy, unique designs, cultural collaborations, and the future of furniture fused with fashion.</span><b></b></p>

<h2 style="text-align: center;">JIL SANDER X Apartamento</h2>
<p><span>JIL SANDER has partnered with Apartamento on </span><em>Reference Library</em><span>. With it, comes an exhibition bringing together the likes of sixty world class books, carefully curated by masters in fields of writing, design, art, architecture, film, and more, with gloves for each reader to keep as a quiet souvenir of time well spent. Watch as chrome lecterns align in rows, each underneath a warm reading beam, with reflections exemplified by a mirror wall. This collection of open doors is one worth noting for all who find themselves enthralled by it all. Furthermore, the must-see exhibit will be on display in the JIL SANDER Showroom, from April 20-24, 2026 by appointment only.</span></p>

<h2 style="text-align: center;">MARNI X CUCCHI</h2>

<p>Marni is collaborating with CUCCHI, to blend the fusion of heritage and tradition with the DNA and codes of brand tailored toward all-things home. Including, but not limited to tableware, textiles, packaging, and more. Their mission is to embark on Mileanese social rituals, from a morning cappuccino to a counter espresso, to aperitivo. All things considered,MARNI X CUCCHI will open April 19 and last until July 15. Additionally, 12 musical appointments will pay tribute to Pasticerra&rsquo;s tradition, as a dreamy background soundscape to aperitivo, with a signature Spritz designed by MARTINI.</p>

<h2 style="text-align: center;"><span>ISSEY MIYAKE: 'The Paper Log: Shell and Core'</span></h2>
<p><span>This year, Issey Miyake will present <em>The Paper Log: Shell and Core</em>. This project was created by Satoshi Kondo of Miyake Design Studio, with Spanish architecture from Ensemble Studio, featuring compressed rolls of pleated paper; the otherwise discarded objects resemble logs to mimic byproducts of the House&rsquo;s approach to the garment-pleating process. Furthermore, the studio showcases sculptural paper from the brand&rsquo;s prototypes, such as chairs, tables, and more, all reworked via the paper log through water-thin material. The name itself is derived from the structural similarity to a tree trunk, embodying growth rings, which suggest a passing of the time in the life of trees and fashion.</span></p>

<h2 style="text-align: center;"><span>BALENCIAGA Artean X Eduardo Chillida</span></h2>

<p><span>Between April 21-26, Balenciaga will open their art installation at the label's Milan Flagship on Via Montenapolene, of the first Balenciaga project initiated by creative director Pierpaolo Piccoli. The exhibit itself will feature Artean, representing a space connecting multiple concepts, thanks to the likes of seven works by Basque artist Eduardo Chillida (1924-2002) some of which pay homage to House founder Crist&oacute;bal Balenciaga (1875-1972), alongside the store&rsquo;s current collection.</span></p>

<h2 style="text-align: center;">DIOR X No&eacute; Duchaufour-Lawrance</h2>
<p><span>Not all creative conversations are created equally, which is why Dior Maison and No&eacute; Duchafour-Lawerence are collaborating with Corolle lamps. Maison has created work that draws strength from sensitive bonds. Maison has also created lighting fixtures to echo Christian Dior alongside his signature lines of the Corolle skirt with elegance. Crafted through the technique of mouth-blown glass in Murano, Venice, the bell is inspired by fabric pleats and drapes by a simple, airy look, with fixtures celebrating the art of basketry, using madake bamboo fibre, all of which express the essence of the House.</span></p>

<h2 style="text-align: center;">Lou<span>Milan Design Week 2026 is here, and with it come the most coveted fashion exhibits, collaborations, and collections.</span>is Vuitton Objets Nomades</h2>
<p>For Milan Design Week 2026, Louis Vuitton presents its new Objets Nomades collection with its iconic trunks at Palazzo Serbelloni. The rooms of the Milanese palace provide an ideal space for the creations, arranged around bold colorways, displaying a unique Louis Vuitton journey from the Art Deco era to the present day.</p>
<p>In this exhibition, visitors are transported to the height of the Art Deco movement guided by Pierre Legrain, one of the most prominent interior designers of the era. There are multiple immersive rooms that present rare artefacts in a 1920s-style train, embrace vibrant colors and textures, and blend historic architectural motifs with contemporary creations.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<h2 style="text-align: center;">Armani / Casa</h2>
<p><span>At Salone del Mobile 2026, Armani/Casa will be unveiling a new Art Deco-inspired game table, blending the worlds of leisure and design. The piece is structured in ebony wood and taupe leather-covered top, featuring satin-finished light brass edging and details. The rotating top at the center features a checkered playing surface in ebony and natural maple wood, perfect for chess or checkers. The table is equipped with two drawers containing intricately designed game pieces and discreetly integrated pull-out cup holders in the corners.&nbsp;</span></p>

<h2 style="text-align: center;">Gucci Memoria&nbsp;</h2>
<p>During this year's Milan Design Week, Gucci presents Gucci Memoria: an immersive exhibition curated by Denma at Milan Chiostru di San Simpliciano, organized as a continuous narrative. The project examines the house's 105-year history and evolving identity, all while remaining closely tied to its Florentine roots. The exhibition brings together a series of installations, including tapestries, a botanical environment inspired by the house's Flora motif, and custom vending machines. At the core of the exhibition, there is a cycle of twelve tapestries, each conceived as a visual monument of the house, with every piece representing a defining moment in Gucci's history.</p>
<p>Beginning with Guccio Gucci's formative years in London at the Savoy Hotel, the series traces the founding of the first Florentine workshop, the cementing of the House's visual and cultural identity, and its expansion into an international symbol of luxury.</p>
