Hong Kong lives up to its gourmet paradise repute, luring foodies from around the world for an unforgettable feast.

The Hong Kong Wine &amp; Dine Festival, organised by the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) with Bordeaux Wine Council (CIVB) as co-organiser, was held over four days at Central Harbourfront from 23 to 26 October, 2025, opening its doors until midnight. Celebrating global flavours, the annual gourmet event, a highly anticipated one on the city island's social and culinary calendar, attracted 163,000 attendees with a &ldquo;Remix. Best of All Worlds&rdquo; theme.

At the festival&rsquo;s heart, the BEA Grand Wine Pavilion, offering rare vintages and new wines, is a gateway to discover nearly 500 top-tier wines from around the world, casually or through masterclasses. The Tasting Room rolled out a stellar culinary collaboration, &ldquo;Taste the Extraordinary: Beyond Cantonese Flavour,&rdquo; a dinner presented by five globally acclaimed chefs.

Making a debut, an interactive experience used colour-coding to help guests match five key grape varietals with five core tastes at booths across the festival, along with The Towngas Gourmet Avenue, which united in one dynamic space 12 of Hong Kong&rsquo;s most sought-after restaurants with 13 Michelin stars and 7 Black Pearl diamonds collectively, offering exclusive festival-only dishes.

Other highlights included dedicated Country Pavilions, representing 31 countries and regions with more than 300 stalls and a 70:30 wine to food ratio; Hotel Delicious with 11 top city hotels, showcasing their signature dishes; Hong Kong Disneyland-themed Area; and sessions by the Bordeaux Wine School.

Activities such as the Sunset Wine Party, Halloween Weekend and live music to entertain guests, brought further excitement to the festival, ensuring the spirit was high and buoyant throughout.
