There's no better way to bid adieu to an eventful year and welcome a new one than with a glass of bubbly and a handsomely curated feast.

That is why Nobu Kuala Lumpur is bringing back the beloved Christmas and New Year bills of fare, which boast of two irresistible seven-course Omakase, one for each occasion.

7-course Christmas Omakase dinner

If stuffed turkey and puddings are a little too vanilla for your liking, the Nobu Christmas Omakase dinner might just be the one for you.

Uniquely crafted by Executive Chef Philip Leong and team, the menu reveals its charm as soon as the luscious scallop quinoa salad with yuzu lemon dressing makes its appearance.

Waiting to further excite the taste buds are the pan-seared Chilean sea bass with truffle sauce, smoked Wagyu with yuba and nori sauce, and the cheeky Sweet Santa dessert platter of Genmaicha Bavarian with chestnut cream, chocolate raspberry and coconut.

The New Year Omakase, on the other hand, offers a more authentic Japanese celebratory cuisine as it brings seasonal ingredients such as Kuramame (black soybeans), Kazunoko (herring roe), and Tazukuri (baby sardines) into play.

Revisit the Nobu experience with signature Nobu Style dish Dry Miso Spinach Salad with salmon belly before you continue to indulge in the fresh lobster with shitake and quinoa butter sauce, Wagyu with pepper teriyaki and the symbolic “Countdown” afters made up of crème brulee and vanilla sponge.

Available at Nobu Kuala Lumpur, the Christmas Omakase is priced at RM560++ and available from 22nd to 25th December.

The New Year Omakase is available from 29th December to 1st January and priced at RM595++ and RM680++ with a glass of Champagne.
