Ruyi & Rei: A Collaborative Pop-up Dining Series

Ruyi & Lyn kickstarts its pop up dining series with Chef Eddie Ng from Rei Contemporary Japanese Cuisine.

This coming 21st and 22nd June, the popular modern Chinese cuisine restaurant Ruyi & Lyn will be hosting the first of its collaborative pop-up dining series featuring REI Contemporary Japanese Cuisine.

Partnering with Ruyi & Lyn's executive chef James Ho, chef Eddie Ng of REI contemporary Japanese cuisine will create a delectable six-course menu, available exclusively for the two nights at Ruyi & Lyn.

Bringing the best of Chinese and Japanese cuisine to the plate and giving it a modern twist, the menu highlights dishes like Kingfish Sashimi with Green Chilli, Chocolate Coated Foie Gras Lollipop and Pan Seared Wagyu with Egg Ramen.

And this eclectic menu will be available with and without wine pairing options to satisfy all epicureans.

Priced at RM 238++ (without wine) and RM 328++ (with wine pairing), the Ruyi & Rei pop-up dining experience is available on 21st and 22nd June 2017 only.
