A Tokyo-based Michelin-starred chef known for his exceptional restaurant "Il Ristorante - Luca Fantin", chef Luca Fantin has now expanded his portfolio to Bali.
Collaborating with Bvlgari, chef Luca's new restaurant "BVLGARI Il Ristorante - Luca Fantin" has opened its doors within the prestigious Bulgari Resort in Bali.
Featuring a unique interpretation of Italian cuisine using local ingredients and produce, chef Luca will be curating new exciting flavours for this restaurant, along with his signature dishes like squid ink gnocchi with raw cuttlefish, cold spaghetti with caviar and wagyu beef eggplant.
For the "BVLGARI Il Ristorante - Luca Fantin", it can only host 36 seats and will only be open for dinner at the moment, which we predict will be a full house every night.
And to helm its kitchens, chef Luca has appointed Fabrizio Crocetta as the resident head chef.
