All meals will start off a beautifully arranged plate of Prosperity Yee Sang with an option to include salmon, tuna or abalone for an added ritzy twist to the festive toss.

For lunch, guests can take a pick from the three menus offered which include delectable dishes such as the traditional Deep-Fried Chinese Waxed Meat Roll, Double-Boiled Chicken Soup with Abalone and Mushroom and Stir-Fried Prawns with Haw Sauce.

The dinner menu is just as inviting with tempting offerings like the tender Li Yen Special Roasted Chicken and savoury Steamed Bamboo Fish with Sliced Chinese Han.

Then, spice up the feast with more unique and delectable creations from the chef&rsquo;s specialities a la carte menu which includes Braised Wild Mediterranean Red Prawn in Brown Sauce, Deep- Fried Bean Curd stuffed with French Goose Liver and Truffle Paste, and Shanghainese Family Hot Pot with Assorted Dried Seafood.
